The Cheek of Barclaycard - automated customers, but no reciprocity

I registered with Barclaycard's customer online thing, "MyBarclaycard".

Have just received an email, welcoming me, and cheerfully suggesting that I go paperless, and forgo my mailed paper statements.

All well and good, except that of course, having totally automated me, they have no intention of doing the same, and I can't email them. No, instead I have to call an 0844 number(which will cost me) if I have any questions whatsoever. :mad:
