I set up separate a/c's for family but before the BACS payments started checked whether it was OK to collect the payments via my PayPal a/c and Quidco said OK. But BACS came about before any payments were due and I simply route their payments to their a/c directly now.

I set up separate a/cs as they were taking mobile contracts and the retailer didn't want to use a single email a/c for numerous contracts.

I bought some things from Boots.com via Quidco and it hasn't tracked on my account. That was about 7 days ago. How long should I leave it before I post a ticket?

3 out of 4 of my transactions with Boots haven't tracked - maybe a problem with their system, I don't seem to have a problem with any other retailers! It says you have to leave 3 days before filing an enquiry so I would put one in now. Good luck!

There are known issues re this so they have shortened the enquiry time to 3 days so submit asap

Thanks for the Jackpotjoy advice guys, put a tenner in and got the bonus. Wagered £80 and still had £4 of the bonus left and my quidco just tracked. Result !

I subscribed to Screenselect's free DVD rental offer on 13th September and have received and watched 2 very good films - but it hasnt tracked on Quidco. Every other transaction that i have done has tracked ok. How long do Screenselect normally take to track??

I thought that with screen select you only get a cashback if you pay for your first month and not if you do the free trial only. I read it somewhere but dont remember where.
