Son not listed for exam - So Cross!!

I am so cross.
My son took a day off work to go to college to take an exam.However, he could not take it because he had been missed from the list by the examiners. His tutor is finding out what went wrong and when he can take it etc and letting him know today(I hope!).Apart from the fact that he was geared up for the exam, that means he will have to take another day off work and lose pay which he badly needs. It is so frustrating when things like this happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did he received any confirmation of being entered into the exam or a timetable issued by the college showing the exam entry?0

No he was just told by the college what time he had to turn up(it was a resit) According to the college they did their bit at their end. I actually paid them myself for the exam.0
