Are you like me and seem to have spent a fortune on candles which smell lovely ........ that is until you light them and then no fragrance!!
Can anyone recommend a relatively cheap fragranced candle which does what it is supposed to!
The Yankee candles are lovely but at around £17 a pop I can't afford to be buying these all the time
Thanks!

Me too, I buy them when I go to the States cheaper there. UK ones seem either to stink or dont smell at all.My Mind wanders, if found please return.0

I have the same problem! I know Wella Candles smell lovely and I purchased them from my local - ish Sally hair and beauty store.
I did get some half price ones from Superdrug a few weeks ago 49p each and they actually smelled when burned, too!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
glade candles really smell but they are quite expensive not as expensive as yankee though i love those!!! i picked up a box of 8 minature (but still very good size) yankee candles for 50p at a car boot recently

also ikea do some smelly ones for £1 each in vanilla, strawberry and some other flavours!!0 -
Q.D do a relativly big range of scented candles, i bought a "3 wick" one the other day (orange) and it did give off the fragrance when lit. And if you know qd you will know its the place to get a bargain.0

As I am a partylite consultant so obviously I will promote their candles but believe me (those of you who haven't been to a party) they smell gorgeous and last for ages if you look after them properly. This is the second time I've written in a thread about partylite today - people will be thinking I'm trying to sell the stuff on here. If anyone does want any info on partylite then please pm me.Murphy's No More Pies Club Member No. 680

Hold a partylite party and get loads of freebies! My party made sales of over £650 and I got £160ish in free stuff! (I don't work for Partylites by the way!!!). Ebay have some Partylite bargains. x0

I bought a vanilla scented candle from Next, I've had it ages, and it still smells nice.
