    that's all fine though... but the volumes comments don't hold much water because they're higher now than when there were price falls.

    round where i live house prices in the last month fell at an even higher speed than in previous months, so i think nationwide are talking up there own book here.

    Indeed. This time last year many were reporting winter 2009 falls as FACT rather then personal opinion. Im amazed this hidden forum is still going to be honest, cant be many folk left now?
