Just wanted to say massive thanks to Spear & Jackson garden tools for replacing my garden fork. I was doing some digging and one of the prongs snapped off - any way the fork mentioned a 10 year guarantee on it and I emailed them with pictures of the fork.
They sent me a new one in the post without any quibbles or blaming me for the broken fork, or even asking for proof of purchase - think I purchased it 2 or 3 years ago.
