EBAY Iphone Sales

Random question, But , here goes
Theres a lot of people on ebay putting up auctions like this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/iPhone-4-brand-new-working-unlocked-new-/280526116954?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_MobilePhones_MobilePhones&hash=item4150a8d85a#ht_500wt_1154
now even though whoever it is has clearly said " DO NOT BID " for some reason people havnt read this and they have bid.
if the winning bidder actually paid the fee what could they do when they get nothing in return ? because although the auction being there in the first place is ridiculous the seller has made it clear what it is he is offering.
could they demand win a dispute?
really curious about this as for some reason people keep seeming to be bidding on them sort of things.

They'd win a dispute. Either a Snad or a an INR (as I doubt anything would get sent) The listing breaks so many rules it may even get pulled bafore the end anyway
