No it didn't!It could be related to risk, it could be realted to the profitability of your account. It could be just a random reason. However any response you get will be vague.

i used my hsbc card for cash withdrawal but got blocked ,i think they might of blocked your card ,i went into bank and they confirmed it too me has to many transactions went out in a day.
they quickly rang london office and confirmed this and unblocked my card in 5 mins ,0
