My Rights When Purchasing Privately

Bought some earphones via PayPal and have an email from the seller offering a money-back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied within five days. I wasn't satisfied and he is no longer responding to my emails with his address for me to return the goods. The five days are nearly up!

I have a copy of his email and because he received payment via PayPal, he is traceable. I haven't started the ball rolling with PayPal's Resolution Centre but was just wondering if anyone's ever had someone go back on an offer of a money-back deal. The sum involved is only £35 but this guy has gone back on his word.

Any ideas?

    I think you already answered yourself :) Open a dispute and see what paypal have to say

    As above, open a dispute, thats about as much as you can do.
