Plants delivered late but no response from company when complaining.

    As I said above, you will get a response, but be patient as it will take a while. They seem to take ages to read & respond to emails, but they do eventually. I got a phonecall about mine, but it was nearly two weeks after I had sent the initial complaint.

    (I had received a wilting plant, which I decided to plant anyway & see what happened, but rather than springing back to life as I hoped, it just died!)

    You phoning them would be quicker & more direct, but if you prefer to email, all you can do is wait.
