I have a outbuilding with its own electricity supply.
It has only 2 electric heaters in the building just to keep the place from going damp. I need some help in finding a lo user tariff. Is a non-standing charge a option? can anybody help

Equipower from Ebico. Only competitive for very low consumption. That gum you like is coming back in style.0

As above, Ebico is best for very low consumption, but otherwise just use the comparison websites if you know your annual consumption.
Electrical heaters(or any form of heating) are not a solution in an outbuilding to 'keep the place from going damp'. A warm building will mask a damp problem, but you need to look for other solutions - usually starting with ventilation.0 -
Ebico is very unlikely to be suitable for your planned use - I would never describe that use as remotely, never mind very, low. And as already mentioned, providing some nice warmth will only accelerate the problems and complications of dampness, it won't solve anything.0
