Not a chance within walking distance!!...you'll find yellow lines or parking meters everywhere, though I'm sure that won't come as a surprise. Even some of the larger pubs with their own car parks have ways to charge so they're not abused by non customers. You may be better to park a little way out and get a bus or tram in. And tbh I don't think £6 for the whole day is that bad...we've found places charging a lot more than that0

I paid for years in car park by Pleasure Beach to take my young kids for the day, until someone pointed out that blue badge holders can park along the front for free. Probably no help to you but thought I would point this out for anyone else like myself with blue badge that didn't know!0

I parked for the day just behind the pleasure beach it was about £6 but I was glad to pay it. There is security on site too in a little hut. We got a tram to the other end of town and I was stunned at how expensive that was, I would always just pay the £6.You can stand there and agonize........

There's loads of free parking around the pleaseure beach. Infact the road directly at the side of it (Balmoral Road) does not have any parking restrictions along the majority of it's length. (where the travel lodge is directly besides the pleaseure beach.) There's a few other residential streets further up the promenade (heading towards Lythm), but it's about a 10 minute walk to the Pleasure beach.

There is a car park directly behind the pleasure beach on Bond Street. £5 a day.
You can park near the rail station for free on Burlington Road.
Check the map on the website I have linked to.[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.
