Hi,

I have written a letter and completed the questionnaire to send to Lloyds TSB to complain about being mis-sold PPI insurance.

I cannot find where I should be sending it to as I read in another thread that it would not be to my local branch? anyone know?

Thanks :)

p.s. I am looking to reclaim PPI on a personal loan
Loan (for car) - [STRIKE]£6600 [/STRIKE]/ £2842

Credit Card - [STRIKE]£750[/STRIKE] £0

Any issues with them in the future, they do tend to respond by email as well.

Good luck with Lloyds, hopefully they will be straight forward and lenient with your reclaim, but if not, do NOT back down, keep at them if you have to, they are also known to change final decisions as well.

Fingers crossed for you, please keep us posted, cheers.;)

listen to di she is an expert round here the banks will try a range of tactics to deter you but if you are persistent there is no reason why you should not get a refund
