    I am not sure if that dig was aimed at me. I am not trying to wind people up. I just have the opinion that if a person is not obliged (by law) to give someone information that can (and likely will) be used to discrimanate against them then they should not. I also think they should do this with a clear consious. I would agree the system is not fair. I a state funded system based on income tax or NI and also the ability to share leave with an other person. Basically a flexible system that is good for society and the child. I don't mind if people don't agree with me.
