and after Mercers they become Calders ( still in house / different desk ! ) then they pass you on to AIC ( from Glasgow ) who rang me repeatly until I was able to get them to stop , from advice given to me by Sir Niddy of MSE :beer:As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question !

Update on this. They promised to get back to me by July 30th, although nobody actually has. However checked online and they refunded the interest and late payment charges so it seems they sorted themselves out.
Cheers all. Now to get paying it all off!0
