Thomson top up tv freeview box programme guide problem

Hey, I'm having trouble with the programme guide on my Thomson Top Up TV Freeview box - none of the channels show what is showing at all which means I can't record anything . I've tried contacting top up tv who gave the suggestion to purge the programme guide which hasn't worked at all. Any suggestions? Also, is there a way to delete more than one saved recording at a time, or all at once? Deleting one by one takes a lifetime.

You don't say what model you have, but if you look in the user manual you will find a procedure to reset the box (e.g. for a DTi6021 you connect the mains while holding the front panel power button down for 10s).

Be aware that this will restore factory settings and all recordings will be lost (though from what you say you want to achieve that anyway).
