Goldfish.... so slow.....zzzz

Just a warning if you want to do a balance transfer to Goldfish.....
6 weeks ago I applied for one of their credit cards so I could move a balance with a closing 0% deal. I was sent notification I could have one on 16/7/04.
As of today I have no card and more importantly no BT.
They tell me they have absolutely no idea when the BT or card will appear. They have a 'backlog'.
Needless to say I have given on them.
Avoid. >:( I've seen more activity from a goldfish bowl.
Alternatively I applied for a 0% Barclaycard on the same daY and the account/BT has been up and running for 3 weeks.
