Bank Of Scotland Reward Account online Help !

My wife opened up a Bank of Scotland Reward account online last Friday and registered for online banking, She has transferred £1k from her Lloyds account which reached her new Bank of Scotland account right away and is showing a balance of £1000 and a Available balance of £1000.
So she created a Payment Transfer to Lloyds and got a email confirmation that it was set up and ready to use, so she tries to transfer the £1k back to Lloyds and gets the message that this account cannot send payments !, so now she can't transfer the money out again ! (She was only doing it for the £5), so is it because it is a new account or because the money has to sit there for a day ?.
Thanks

I believe I'm right in saying that the first payment to an account has to sit there overnight to 'activate' the account. So if she tries again tomorrow it should work and she shouldn't have the problem again.0

Thanks for that, I seem to remember something about a £100 needing to be left overnight for the card, so it could be similar, I hope so as she is panicking as she never asked for a cheque book and the card has not arrived yet so no means of her getting it out again !.0 -
The T&Cs are fairly clear :-
Pay £100 into your account to activate it. You’ll then receive your Visa debit card and PIN.
Your account must have £100 in it for at least 24 hours before we can send you your Visa debit card.
You can make the payment by cash or cheque in one of our branches or by transferring the funds from another account with us.
............... suggest she phones them to enquire why the account is inactive. Suspect they will say you haven't yet completed the initial funding? If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
