Holiday in UK with dogs

Hi,

I wasn't sure if this is the correct place to post or if it would be more appropriate in the 'Holidays in the UK' section so apologies if I'm doing the wrong thing!
I am looking for a short break in the UK to go away for a weekend with 2 of my well behaved dogs (Cavalier KC & Cocker Spaniel) and was hoping that someone may know of somewhere nice? I would prefer to go within the Yorkshire region as it's closest but am not set against other places.
I'm open to all options so if anyone can help I would be very grateful.

I would buy this months issue of your dog as it has a supplement reviewing various dog hotels all across the country. You may find something in there of interest.

There a lots of places You could try a site for the area you are interested in and then specify dogs accepted. Did you want self catering or a hotel?

dogfriendlybritain is a great website for anything dog related. We picked up many places to enquire about for christmas, the website we ended up using only rents in devon, conrwall, dorset, etc so no wehre near Yorkshire!!!

Our 2 springers love coming on holiday!!!

You guys are fantastic, thank you so much I am really, really grateful for your help with this.

I tried to look on the internet myself and didn't find much, not very good usually at finding anything at all though!! Will get going through those links and can hopefully book something. We haven't taken the dogs away before and I'm really looking forward to it as I always miss them so much.

I think we would prefer self catering, but having said that I'm not against a hotel as it saves me from cooking haha!

Dogs trust also have a link to holiday cottages - and they get a 10% donation if you use them?

Centre parks also let you take up to 2 dogs. I hope you find something great, have a good holiday x
