[/URL]hi have just phoned up tax credit again as its been 8 weeks since i phoned and renewed.they but me through to another department and again i asked why the delay .again they said its in the line to be proccessed.i asked again if i needed to phone any other department or if they needed any other info the lady said no.they had everything.im concerned one because its not been proccessed yet and two what if it comes to end of july31st and they say i havent renewed and stop my child tax credit and say i have to pay back from what they have paid me april till july 2010

Even if they haven't got someone's form back by 31st July they write to advise you of it so you can ring and do it over the phone-in other words, it's not irrevocable on 31st July. I don't understand why it takes so long to pocess some claims-my renewal was dealt with in less than 2 weeks. I posted mine, registered. If they say they have your information then you really shouldn't have anything to worry about.Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0
