Looks good for 12 months until the 0.65% bonus wears off.
In the the meantime it might be worth holding fire, as after the interest rate shake-out, other offers could yet still appear?0 -
I've also just calculated it will cost me almost as much in lost interest to transfer my savings from ICICI via my linked account to a new account with BM than I would gain with the .005% extra interest. And as I would then have to transfer it out when the 12 months is up and the rates drop, then it's a loser for me.
I waited a while to open the ICICI account, and I've never had any problems with it. I'd still recommend it.
I suppose if you don't have any savings with ICICI then the BM is a good account, especially if you plan to build up your balance.Indecision is the key to flexibility
