It's complete pants. I bought my house for 40k it's valued now at £250k . The nationwide site said £104k... Ha there is nothing for sale other than a garden shed for 100k in Cornwall.....NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0

Im just very impressed that is valued at less than half the average price projected for the year ha ha and nope cant see any houses for those sort of prices in my area ...If it doesnt pay rent sell it.

We bought our second property in Dec 2005 in County down for £80000, Was valued last month August at £120000. A 50% increase in 8 months. Not bad.:T
