    F_T I think im going to sell up my forcast for 1 years time says property prices are going down.

    It's complete pants. I bought my house for 40k it's valued now at £250k . The nationwide site said £104k... Ha there is nothing for sale other than a garden shed for 100k in Cornwall.....

    Im just very impressed that is valued at less than half the average price projected for the year ha ha and nope cant see any houses for those sort of prices in my area ...
    If it doesnt pay rent sell it.

    We bought our second property in Dec 2005 in County down for £80000, Was valued last month August at £120000. A 50% increase in 8 months. Not bad.:T

    The nationwide said it should be £83000
