The Amilo Pi 1505 is a better spec due to the dual core cpu and a 20GB larger hard drive but thats about it. I personally would buy the toshiba as they are built better but it is only a single core processor which usually isnt really problem people just liek to say they have a dual core processor most dont know what it actualy is. The price for a pentium based toshhiba is pretty good for that money you are usually looking at celeron based laptops.

I would go for this if it wasnt from pixmania (personal grudge)

I doubt PC world will give you any money off

the Equium m70 is a higher end model than the A110-233, the cpu is 100mhz slower but that isnt noticable but it weighs havlf a kilo less and should have a xblack screen whihc are realy nice.

XP home frence isnt a problem just change the regional locations and keyboard layout and it will be ok. I know lots of people with foreign laptops and it doesnt matter.
