Is it no longer free to list auctions less than 99p?

Hi
Sorry, I couldn't find the answer on ebay - I knew someone would be able to help here!
I've listed a few things in the past at 99p and not been charged a listing fee. I've listed something this morning (the first auction in a while), but now have been charged 10p to do so. I've not gone over the 200 items in a month so its not that.
I can't find anywhere that says what categories are not included in the free auction listing for less then 99p.
Thanks for your help!

Sorry, this can be ignored now!
When you upload in Turbo Lister, it tells you the fee is 10p, but when you actually accept and continue uploading it then tells you that its free. This is also confirmed on my ebay account page.
Thanks0 -
I have been charged 10p for listing 99p items too and don't use TL?0

Hi, I've also had problems being charged for items I've listed for 99p and under. I think it may be to do with ebay automatically ticking upgraded picture options. I now go back through the listing and uncheck them.I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:0

Hi, it's 100 new items a month, I've not relisted any so I'm not sure but think that maybe relists would be charged, also if you list in a second category you get charged, here's the ebay blurb
There's no insertion fee if you're a private seller and you list your item in an eligible category in the auction-style format with a starting price of up to 99p. If you list items in a second category, this will be charged the standard fees for listing in a second category. Private sellers can create a maximum of 100 new listings per month at a starting price between £0,01-£0.99, from 101 listings upwards the standard insertion fee for all eligible categories of £0.10 applies, £0.05 for Media.
As said above, do make sure on TL that you untick the extra pics etc, as they are now on as a default. I got stung a while ago on that. Listing Upgrades on the right hand side of the page.0 -
I've not exceeded 100 items though and they weren't relistings - may query it with ebay.0

I had this problem on Sunday- I tried to relist several items and I was told I would be charged 10p per item but when I listed them individually they were free?0

When I've listed 'free' items and put them in a second category it always comes up totally free......0
