ten - I remember coming off citalopram and it affected me like that...not helped by the next one they gave me made me pass out - I didn't have much luck with anti-d's a lot of the time! All i can recommend is when you feel dizzy, SIT DOWN, breath deeply (in on a count of 7, out on a count of 7) and have a bit of water and a sweetie just in case it's messing with your blood sugar (that was my problem)
I know its meant to be in and out to a count of 10, but it feels too long for me, and 7 is about right

Thank you both of you. I don't have any pills left now and being very MSE was hoping to save £7.20 a month!!

The doctor could have warned me that this might happen.

Still you don't have to tell me twice to eat sweets, I will try that one straight away!

spud, I know what you mean hun, there's loads of stuff I want but it won't suit me or there's no point getting it as I'll not be fitting into it in a few months. PMA at work lol.

Elfen, yes it's still on, I don't think I'll be able to pick you up at the station though, because if sister's passed her test she'll have my car that day. I'm sure someone will, just post on the thread about it.

I'll wait at the station for you Elfen, but the earliest i'll get there is 12.04 unless i can get an earlier bus into cardiff to catch the earlier bristol train.
