Just take a look at this youtube video of the total confusion OPC cause with their fake signs outside a train station in Reading. How much do they scam on that road alone?

Prudential own the road apparently and don't like people stopping on it. Boycott Prudential products because i will from now on. How much are Prudential make from this total scam? You have to go down the damn road to get to the train station.

Just watch what a barrister says towards the end. Interestingly he says on the video that OPC have never taken anyone to court, well they did recently and lost the lot.
It appears OPC are taking a lot more to court now to try and set a precedent.

The only problem with that theory is that county courts do not set a precedent, as the more learned on here have said before, only a higher court can do this. Mind you OPC and others like to con people into believing that any win(albeit very rare) sets a precedent. Its all bluff and bluster but effective for the average Joe and Joan Public who don't know about MSE,Pepipoo etc.

    Just seen the vid,

Must be an old vid as she is wrong about the council tickets having to be put on your car or handed to you. She's also wrong about private car park tickets being enforcible. At least sh says that OPC have not taken anyone to court over that particular road, probably what they are doing is too dodgy even for them.
Just another thought. You can only enter into a contract if you can see/read the terms before entering, ergo no readable signs, no contract. Knowing them --you enter, stop to read the signs and get clicked, an instant ticket just for reading the signs. No wonder they have never done court with anyone of this road.
