This is the first time I've tried one of your tips. Just renewed my car insurance following your step by step advice, am back with the same insurer, they knocked £83 pounds off their original quote. Point of interest, my husband has had a provisional licence for more years than I dare mention, and never got round to doing anything about it, but adding him to my policy knocked £13 off my quote!! Try every variable.
