Low-ish user , best dual fuel switching deal ?

Moved into my 1 bed flat last September and brought Scottish Power with me from my old place.
They insisted the lowest payment I could have for dual fuel was £50 a month.
So I paid this, and went on a discounted tariff until July 2010.
Just done a meter reading today, and as expected they owe me big time - £149, cheque now in post and monthly payment going down to £31.
But for a low user like me, who can recommend a good tariff ?
My annual gas useage is approx 6200 kwh
My annual electricity useage is approx 1055 kwh
Any help appreciated.
Had an N-Power chap at my door the other day telling me he'd give me a £200 bill credit, seemed too good to be true, given my annual spend is about £400 !

try the comparison websites. Like uswitch. Npower may indeed be a good option for you, as they do include a high annual discount.
Are you actually living there? Those figures seem too good to be true....Indecision is the key to flexibility0 -
I would say Scottish Power's Energy Saver 9 would be a much better bet than nPower's tariff. It's the same total price at that sort of useage but you do not pay any extra up front (whilst waiting for an £105 annual discount). Plus you are more likely to receive the cashback (currently £100 against nPower's (unreliable) £80).
Exact price depends on region but £330 cost from Scottish Power - guaranteed £100 cashback immediately total £230 compared to paying £434 in advance for nPower, £105 refund after 12 months and a not very likely £80 that may or may not be paid in six months. Plus you are not paying £13 per month standing charge for gas.0
