My daughter got me into the money-saving project and its FANTASTIC!!:T :T
So far, since mid July:
I've negotiated a reduced APR on my Barclaycards (Visa and Mastercard) from horrendous 19.9% and 24.9% purchases (when the APR's shot up) to 14.9% on both cards.
Earnt £42.01 through Quidco (after using the comparison sites for my shopping!)
Earnt £20 as mystery shopper.
Earnt £50 for new A&L account, and £50 for hubby as my referrer. He's just opened a First Direct account for £50 as well!
Got loads of freebies and discounts.
Started playing the Balance Transfer game - just shifted a nasty 19% debt to 6.9% for life of transfer.
Reduced my available credit by £10,000 (I didn't realise that this unnecessary credit could have such a negative impact).
Thank you all for being such wonderful and switched on people, and of course, thanks big time to Mr Lewis!!! :A
