Guaranteed Good Weather in Sept?

Hi folks,

Me and the Mrs are looking at getting away for a week/few days on or around the 18th Sept want somewhere with good weather that time of year.

I'm thinking Canaries or maybe someone's been elsewhere at that time and it's been good.

Fire away :)

Thanks in advance.

Aye i guess so, i thought maybe someone had personal experiences going that time of year - like you did to Majorca in Oct.

Another vote for Sharm. Just back & it was very hot. Went last September & it was lovely, didn't see a cloud for 2 weeks.
Very cheap at the moment as well.

Also, don't rule out Cyprus. I've been in September and it was great.

  • Turkey? I've been to Marmaris late in the season and found it to be still very warm during the day - it cools down at night though, a jumper or jacket would be necessary.

Another vote for Turkey - we go to the Bodrum area.

Being a little further north than Egypt, it gets dark later.

We've been going almost every year for some 20 years or so in late September - early October and only seen about 4 hours of rain in all that time.
