1. The prize draw is open to all residents in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their families of Walkers Snacks UK Ltd (the Promoter), Grand Designs, their affiliated companies and their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. By taking part in this prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. To enter the promotion, you must become a member of the Tropicana Breakfast Club, which is free to join. To do this, log onto www.tropicana.co.uk/breakfastclub or www.tropicana.ie/breakfastclub. Participants may only register one Tropicana Breakfast Club account. Internet access required.
5. Entries restricted to 1 entry per Tropicana Breakfast Club account. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of 'brute force, 'script' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
6. To enter, log onto your Breakfast Club account and enter the code provided on the Tropicana Breakfast Club email.
7. The opening date for receipt of entries is 18th June 2010 and the closing date will be noon on 5th July 2010.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
9. Prize draw will take place within 4 days of the closing date and the winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision. All winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date in writing by email. Winners will be asked to confirm their address and date of birth. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners but where this is not possible within 5 days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that winner’s prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
10. There will a total of 10 pairs of RHS Show Tatton Park tickets to the RHS Show Tatton Park event between 21st-25th July 2010. Prize excludes travel and any other costs incurred.
11. No cash alternative in whole or in part, or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternatives of equal or greater value. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners agree that, by accepting a prize, they may be required to take part in related publicity.
13. The names and counties and country of the winners will be available 28 days after each of the closing date by emailing [EMAIL="freshnews@tropicana.co.uk"]freshnews@tropicana.co.uk[/EMAIL]
14. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and ROI) without the individual’s prior consent.
