Passion flowers

I purchased a couple of passion flowers yesterday and I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do with them? They have come wound round a circular support. Am I supposed to unravel it? I have a wired up pergola and I am thinking I could support it using this?

Not seen these plants before and apparently they are a climbing vine.

Any advice appreciated.

I would take it out of the packaging , plant and lean it up against the pergola and tie in loosely. It will do the rest. They grow quickly in this weather.

They are mental little flowers but they are very beautiful. If you just plant it on your pergola it will grow and attach itself to it's new climber. I had a cutting at christmas, left it in a carrier for a week, ploked it in the ground and now I have pretty purple flowers everywhere and the cheeky plant has literally knotted itself around my rambling rose and both seem to be living happily together. Enjoy! They are beautiful!

I have a massive pergola to fill and have purchased a russian vine which I think may be a mistake. Known as mile a minute, it certainly is growing about a foot a week. I think it will nice with the passionflowers growing through it. Not sure what colour the flowers will be yet, but the pics I have seen on the internet, they look georgeous.

They smell lovely too :) I really like them. They were my surprise of the summer as I had forgotten I had planted it! I have a pergola and have a honeysuckle and a jasmine growing up it. It is a lovely place to sit

I have two and thought I had lost them this winter but they are growing nicely but unfortunately i've left them in pots to twine around our decking. would it be too late to move them into a more permanent position in the ground?
    In love and light :A
