Well, I'm on a placement doing work experience before my final year at Uni on 15k. Its great work experience and you are treated as an actual member of staff. Been there 10months and never gone and made them tea.

Should give me that extra bit of quality to get a job and a job I want:)

All my work experience placements thus far have been unpaid; I hope to be able to do some paid ones once I'm at uni (I start this September)...

I'm work with a Virgin Company as a business analyst and picked my uni because of how much it valued placements:) I'm hoping to work in this industry in the future so its great experience! Should hopefully mean I can walk into a job in the industry I want as hardly anyone else will have a year experience in it:) xxHopexx

Just after I got confirmed my job, I got an interview with an oil company for 25k!!! Wow pay but wouldn't have been my cup of tea anyway! I'm amazed to why they would pay 25k when they can get away with 15k....
