Howden HJA 3300 - fan oven

Hi
I am looking for advice on how to use this oven correctly - on the dial there is a button for fan oven and a button for turbo element fan oven. I am not sure which one I should be using and the manual is of no use. I don't want to be using the more expensive option unless I need to.
Can anyone help at all?
