Hi hazyjo, sorry if my exclamation marks seemed a bit shouty, I tend to use them just to emphasize things *slaps wrist* I know, I am thrilled to have won, still can't believe it and am really not being ungrateful because I rarely win competitions. But this not leaving the house malarkey is driving me nuts :o I have been able to catch up with some university work, which is a plus, but the dog keeps pestering for me to come on his walk with my b/f but I can't. I am quite the hermit anyway but I do try to venture out at least once every 4 days :D I hope it's good this year and if it is I'm sure they'll all be super impressed in your works!

    No worries :D

I've not even mentioned it at work... I'll be soooo embarrassed if it's a massive box! :o I keep my comping hobby fairly quiet - except amongst friends here (partly cos it's what stops me getting so bored at work lol)!

I don't blame you, keep the chances high and all :D I bet it will just be large bottles of tresemme now haha! Although I'd be grateful for anything, I am fussy with my hair products but my Mum would be made up if I sent some her way. Here's hoping it's tomorrow, then I can smell the fresh air again!

Update - hi to all those that have been stuck in waiting - have got a response from them today 'I am very sorry about the delay. They will not arrive on Saturday so please do not worry about that. They should be with you by close of play Monday. Please feel free to go out and Royal Mail will leave you a slip if you weren’t in and you can collect the package from your sorting office if need be.' So I am off out tomorrow shopping lol - am abit confused though (not hard I know lol) as some others have received theirs and I am sure they said it was delivered by CityLink?? The original email from them said 'Someone will need to be present at your specified address between 9am-5pm to accept the packages. Please do send through an alternative address if needs be.' Hence why I and no doubt other MSEs stayed in too scared to go out and miss the goodies.
Thank you to all posters - you are fabulous!!!

Hi happymand! What a waste of a week hey? Maybe they were getting confused as most prizes they send out are via Royal Mail? Here is a list of City Link depots anyway: http://www.city-link.co.uk/our-locations/listing.html One more day of staying in yay! I've heard they're not as good this year so instead of a big treat for me, I think it's going to be given to my Mum to test out! She'll be made up though, unless it's for brunettes! xx

I received my box this morning, 4 shampoos, 4 conditioners and 4 different types of hair treatments all for brunettes (I am brunette with short hair).
Last year i also had hairsprays and a lovely hairdryer, however, the information they wanted was very indepth and you needed to rate things and give scores. This time its just 3 forms (shampoo, conditioner and product) where you pick your favourite and second favourite only.

It does say forms need to be back by the 2nd Aug (can send or email) and if you dont return them, they will bill you for the products (some of them are very nice quite expensive ones too :) )

Oh, it came by courier as well, not Royal Mail, but im not sure which one (think the van was green and yellow!)

Huge thanks to PP for the original posting, this lot will last me ages!
