hotels4u miss selling hotel bookings

we have recently come back from marmaris in turkey. we pre booked flights last may 2009 and in september booked a all inclusive hotel for 3 weeks with hotels4u. printed all the paper work of that they sent and the vouchers. when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we were not all inclusive but all inclusive…

EEEK just checked out on there website and in the hotel description it does state all inclusive light in the first paragraph.
Sorry op I dont think you will get any joy from this as it is on the first page you come to that tells you where the place is located and what it offers etc
