Hi Robbie
My incapacity benefit finished on 5th April. I can work 16 hours a week as my workload has increased slightly however, as I am over 25 I believe you have to work 30 hours paid work per week to qualify. I can qualify for that but as I am trying to build up a business a lot of time is spent not getting paid but researching or promoting yourself.
I also believe I am protected with regards to IB however as I was on a high level of permitted working I either had to reduce the amount I earned per week, continue the permitted working but in a supported environment or sign off, the first two weren't possible so I had no choice but to sign off.

i understood it too!
some people see what they want it to say rather than what it actually says.
Excuse me, but who do you think you are to judge me? just because you and others think it reads fine does not mean that I agree (and still don't).
If you have nothing constructive to add I'd appreciate you didn't bother at all, get off your high horse and stop being so smug.0 -
I agree that it is badly worded but that's Government websites for you - ambiguous!0

I think that if everybody else reads things the way they are intended, it would be sensible to accept that it's you who have misread this.0
