sb - advice -sage 50 or any alternatives please

small ltd co. private landlord, so only have a few products so to speek
struggling to sort out sage 50... is their a simpler more suitable package
basicall, I've only a few categories
rental in, regular ex's insurances / certification, plus varing amount of works & maintenance....
why do i want a package, ... I like the idea of a database type set up wher i can quickly find out which supplier has dne what on what property ..etc
any ideas please

I think you would be better off with quickbooks it is much easier for a small business that haven't many entries. I have used both sage is really good for larger businesses when you get to grips with it.0

I have bought 'The Times" Money Organiser, as a simple cheap financial package. I have used it for producing accounts for a small limited company, and I have also donated a copy to a charity that I do the book keeping for. It costs 9.99 and it is very simple to set up and get going with.So many shoes, so little time....0

If you're really being a skinflint you can do a lot more with Excel than most people do ... like adding comments to an entry which would tell you who'd done what work on which property.
I'm not saying it's an ideal solution, mind you ...Signature removed for peace of mind0
