SOA - Please pick!!

Hi all

I am going bankrupt and just doing my SOA (obviously). My partners personal income is actually 1200 approx. do i put her income or her contribution on the form?

apart from that, how is the form?

    You put her contribution to the household down. I have put some suggestions down but have noticed you have a deficit already so some of my figures only make that more.

  • the hp payment is for my car. but my partner actually pays for this. we want to keep the car and are going to explain that my partner is paying for it. so should i take it off the SOA asit will come out of my partners money??

    You need to take it off, the OR would not allow it anyway.

    I know you say your OH is paying the HP on the car but in who's name is the HP agreement? Who signed the paperwork? Is it really a HP agreement or a loan agreement? Please check the paper work.

    If you can't find the original paperwork ask the finance company to send you a copy of the original agreement.

  • it is a hire purchase and it is my name. and i know there is a chance that even if the OR allows it, the company might terminate the agreement. but we would like to keep the car, and my OH does pay for all of it. also my OH is registered blind so we need the car, as public transport is almost impossible. and i will explain all this to the OR. the company wouldnt put the agreement in my partners name for a car, as she has no licence!
