I don't understand - your latest SOA indicates that you are spending pretty much exactly what you earn i.e. you have enough money to cover your outgoings (and that's with an ENORMOUS grocery bill, which you should be able to cut to £120 a month, leaving you a chunk more left over).

Why do you need to go bankrupt?
  • i have altered the grocery bill amount to what someone advised above. as a household we are massively overspending all round. so we are cutting back. but out of the rest of my partners money we have to pay her debts, everything for the car, and various other bits. my creditors wont accept the small amounts of money i can offer. and therefore feel and have been advised that bankruptcy is the best way to go.

Take no notice of the idiot above your post, this is an SOA for BR, not for money saving, there is a BIG difference.

Sorry, to hijack but would you be able to tell me the best place to post an SOA for the purposes of a DMP rather than for BR?

    Many thanks
