How do you know if you are getting more than Family Element CTC?

I am hoping to apply for the Welsh Water capped annual rate, but they want to know if we get more that the Family element in Child Tax credits.
We have 3 kids and an joint annual income of around £20k. None are in the baby element, but not sure if we are getting more than the family element?
They say we cant apply till we know if we getting more than the family element, But Tax credits helpline keeps throwing off the phone as they super busy.

Thank you, I have just checked the forms we got at renewal time, still waiting for updated ones but wont be much different.
It says
Basic - £ xxx
Total CTC element - £ xxx
Reduction due to earnings - £ xxx
amount for period - £xxx
The amount is more than the basic, so looks like we do get more than the basic family allowance!
I will try calling tonight as we need our water capped asap as its daft money for the bills!0 -
The basic is £545 per year. (£10.50 per week)Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Sounds like we should be entitled to water capped bills then. Hoping so as it caps it at half the cost we paying already.0
