hi please help me im really worried. i have recieved a letter from tax credits at preston asking for me to do my anual review for the years 2003-2004 all they want is my p60 figure for this time and for me to check my details for that period and complete the declaration by 28/07/2010 some of it is hand writen with this date ect.
i have called and spoke to a advisor on the normal helpline as (it doesnt give me any other numbers) she said cause i didnt according to there system do my annual review for this year i have to do it now.
i was aware of this before but have not heard anything for over 3 years about this matter. i no longer claim tax credits since 5/04/2010.
i called the tax office and they dont store p60 info for that long so have got them from my employer and now done my annual review for that year i asked if they needed writen proof and they said no not at the moment and they would be in touch soon has anyone else had this?

i've never had them do that to me, but at a guess, i would say they are just checking any exact figures for an estimate you might of given them for that year. if you were honest about income and circumstances and stuff, i wouldnt worry too much about it.0
