The situation:
- a flat on the first floor of a tenement in Scotland
- there is gas mains running up the common staircase of the tenement
- the gas mains pipe running up the common staircase is about 10 metre away from the front door of the flat

Question:
How much would it could to equip the flat with gas mains, with drawing a pipe from the mains pipe already running up in the stairwell to the front door of the flat?
What organisation would be able to give a quote on that matter in Scotland?
