Hi
Does anyone have a contact email for M&S? I have tried emailing them through their website customer services form but just had a completely irrelevant response from a "no-reply" address, so I can't even reply. It wasn't a complaint about something I bought, so I expect they aren't concerned...
In particular any address associated with their "Plan A" or environmental stuff as my issue relates to this.
If I can't find anythign else I'll send them a letter. I'm in proper grumpy old woman mode now!

    Why not call head office and ask them? Although they do have an email address for their contact centres, it is not generally available to customers.
    Gone ... or have I?
