I have an ongoing (now over 7 weeks) problem with a new boiler installation by Eagaheat (not under Homesure or Warm Front type scheme).
Please, has anyone found a means of contacting the Managing Director, Ashley Dean? I am continually being fobbed off or ignored by the 'Customer Relations Manager' and other employees.
Any info or advice much appreciated!
UPDATE: I have now found some genuine helpful people at Eagaheat, and expect that the problems will be resolved on Monday 5th. Fingers crossed!
Also, for info: Mr Dean is apparantly not with the company now.
FURTHER UPDATE: Problems finally resolved. IF YOU RUN INTO PROBLEMS WITH EAGAHEAT, ICAN GIVE YOU THE NAMES OF SOME GENUINE HELPFUL STAFF.

Don't start me on Eagaheat, also known as Carellion or Carillion (not sure). I have a one year old dispute with them for a boiler that was installed with a 5 year guarantee. The guarantee is worthless as they never even returned my calls whenever the damn thing broke down. They tried to charge me for scaffolding that was never used, damaged my wall and left no instructions for the boiler so we can't re-programme it. I have already paid over 2k for the works and refusing to pay the outstanding 300. They are threatening me with legal action: I am being harrassed by a woman called Lisa every weak over the phone who talks and shouts over me and is really taking a bullying approach to the whole thing - I wish they invested this effort into their horrendous customer service instead.0
