Spanish Speeding Fine

Can anyone help? I received a speeding fine in Spain and am finding it difficult to pay! The Spanish equivalent of the DVLA site is not a trusted site according to my PC security package so I am not going to enter credit/debit card details etc.
Has anyone had a similar experience and how did you pay this fine?

Depends if you want to go back to Spain and drive.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.
