· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs £1.00.
· Online – go to www.itv.com/thismorning and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number. There is no charge for online entries.
There is no entry via email or post. Entries on behalf of another person are void.
