is still 3p connection charge isn't it? Why doesn't it appear on Martins list of Best Buys. He shows 18185 which is 4p!

Yes 1899 is still 3p and 18185 is 4. 18866 I think is now 5p if I remember rightly.
18185 is still cheaper to use if you're calling mobiles and 0845/0870 and 1899 cheaper for landlines - all very confusing just to make a phone call, but worth it

If you read his article he says " Call18185 is the overall cheapest override provider" thats why he recommends it over 1899. Because it gives you cheap mobile and 0845/0870 calls as well.0
