And yes you're probably going to go on about undischarged capacitors but because of the way ATX works, they'll be discharged by the time you've removed the screws to take it out the case.
I could tell you a very embarrassing 20 year old story about how my number 2 phillips screwdriver ended up embedded in one of the kitchen cupboard doors [ picture the strongbow advert ] as a result of opening up an old style ATX PSU.
But I won't tell you the story
