Flip Mino 11 HD pocket camcorder

I was going to purchase one of these last night as I received an e`mail from Currys with a couple of offers on.
However, the visa verification system wouldn`t let the transaction go through (2 cards) have spoken to my bank and they have confirmed its not a problem with my cards

Since deciding to buy one of these I have been thinking that maybe I would be better with a small camcorder that has a SD card so we don`t have to dowload everything every night (just incase I don`t manage to buy a netbook in time). Also would an optical zoom be better?

I do like the size of the flip and feel that we would be encouraged to use it more than something larger. I was wondering if anyone can recommend something similar in size that is easy to work and gives good quality film. We are off to Disney in a few weeks to would like to film the firworks etc

I've just got mino hd 720p- 40 quid ! I would have liked replaceable aa batteries and removeable card storage , but at £40 it was an impulse buy.

it seems there are a few mini camcorders under £80 eg. zx1 , xacti etc. Try amazon as well. Once you find something ,read reviews !!! At these prices buy 2!
